
Janet Gimba, a judge of Kaduna State’s Upper Customary Court, Sabon Tasha, Kaduna South has been freed.
Although the judge’s release was confirmed by her husband Dr. Musa Gimba, he stated that the woman was freed without her three children.
He revealed that the terrorists are threatening to kill the remaining three children if they do not receive the N150 million ransom within three days.
On Tuesday 2 July, 2024, the terrorists shot dead Victor Gimba, the first child of the Judge when the ransom of N300m demanded could not be received.
On June 23, 2024, Janet Gimba and her four sons were kidnapped from their Mahuta home, Kaduna, Kaduna State.
